Simply trading the SPY (both long and short) based on my personal technical indicators.

I will update these on weekends or a longer-term basis.
These stocks are not my favorite large caps, but I think the Government bails them out if need be.
Assumptions:
1) I think the Government has and will support these stocks with our tax dollars.
2) I have to invest in the stock market
3) I have to be fully invested in the stock market
4) I have 50k that I can margin
5) I can’t touch these stocks for 30 years (I would probably not even choose AAPL because technology changes so fast – I would stick with energy or consumer brands like PG, KFT, KO)
6) I am seeking safety of principal and not necessarily return.
