One of the Authors is Henry Brookins. Henry has been an active stock trader for 18 years, and currently is a Master Stock Trader at www.DittoTrade.com.

It all started back in the early 1990’s while he was attending Graduate School in Monterey, California. A colleague was investing successfully in the stock market and Henry decided he too would like to supplement his military income.  After studying trading books, learning from other successful traders on Prodigy’s “Money Talk” forum, trading with real money, then doing post-trade analysis and research, he rapidly improved both his trading returns and credibility to the point that his investment services and trading income soon exceeded his “day job” pay.  Shortly thereafter, Henry left the Navy and started trading full time.

Between 1997 and 2003, Henry managed a successful Stock Hedge Fund which beat the SP500 by a total of 17% (after fees) during that volatile period, with a maximum one-year gain of 46% and a maximum one-year loss of 19%. Henry started trading his own money in 2003 and continued publishing his stock market newsletter. Henry attributes his success and longevity in the stock markets to God’s grace, and his recognizing the strong correlation between the stock market’s wave patterns and the wave dynamics he studied in Oceanography and Meteorology.

Henry received a dual MS degree in Meteorology and Physical Oceanography from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, and a BS degree in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.
